Q1: When did you start making art?
I’ve been drawing since I was a kid. But it was only a hobby. My old sister’s boyfriend was a designer, and I was 12. He encouraged my small talent and I started dreaming for art. I trained to enter art university when I was 15-18. But i really hate my school and my works. I decided to totally give up art when I was just 20 years old. Ayear later, 2013, my friend persuaded me and I made my mind to keep up making my own art. I uploaded works almost made in last year.

Q2: What does inspire you?
Music, amazing images, movies and my experience. Music is a powerful inspiration. I also love dark and old images, so I collect them. It is a tonic for my life. Because I’m an impulsive and sharp persnality, my mind makes me see all my situation and also gives me inspiration.

Q3: What are your techniques?
I use watercolor and pencil in traditional work. Watercolor is more easy to set. Except for the makers and colorpencils, because I prefer color tools with brushes. I use digital tools more, usually photoshop for painting and sai tool sometimes when I work for line.

Q4: What is the main idea or feeling behind your works?
I like to think and learn about death, sadism, sex, curse, anger, and that keywords inspire me. Works until 2013 (and uploaded work is almost painted last year) are have more anime taste, comparatively light, and have no sexual subject, but now, not uploaded anywhere, is more dark and hard and tells about sexual things. But the basic is the same.

Q5: What is the main color of your art and why?
Black, purple, and red. I really love these colors. Those of colors remind death and furious. Deep night, and immortal anger, and mysterious things. I usually work in a very dark room. Then those colors in monitor are more awesome. But turning the light on, my work look as just some black thing. 😀

Q6: What would you improve about your work and why?
I want to improve layout, shape of body, light and colors, and stoytelling. Because I want to make not just paints, but really art. I want these really, but now I’m working on a graduation film from almost a year and it has no relation to art, so it’s totally painful, but when I’ll end this work I want to improve those things.

Q7: Do you have any project for the future?
Yes i have been thinking of a project for dark cut-out anmation about trauma or totally my taste. And paintings too, called ‘planet children’ to express aestheticism. And i will design some little creatures and boys and girl. I will give them unique life. And parodying famous art and myth too. It would be very nice. Oh my god my heart is shaking.

Q8: Describe yourself with 3 words capturing the essence of cucuzi.
impulsive chicken child. I think it’s my ego.

Q9: Show us (link) your very first work. Describe it from techniques till feelings.
Sadly I have no link about my first work. It was painted with ball mouse, and I was 11. It was about a girl who plays pipe. That pink hair girl was awful. 😀

Q10: What did change from your first work till now?
My personal bad memory and untrust changed my work. It’s more dark year by year.

Q11: What is art for you? Escaping from reality or the essence of life?
Art is an outlet for my feelings and the reason why I live. I’m not mad at art. Actually, maybe I can live well without painting. But if I lose this, I lose my very big part also. Art encourages me but also trample me. Art tortures me, but also blesses my life. Is not very much amazing now though, but someday my work will be amazing. I want to keep doing it until I’m very old.
